CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. The purpose of this fee is to compensate for the lost time and the potential difficulty in filling the appointment slot with another client. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. Therefore, a 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. This provides a small window for any unexpected delays.
