CANCELLATION POLICY
HAUS OF BELLE STUDIO POLICIES At Haus of Belle, we value your time, energy, and trust. These policies are designed to maintain a smooth, respectful experience for both you and your service provider. Please review carefully before booking. ⸻ CANCELLATIONS Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total to compensate for the reserved time. No-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. If your card is on file, it will be automatically charged in accordance with this policy. ⸻ GRACE PERIOD A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation and applicable fees. ⸻ RESCHEDULING Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Frequent or same-day rescheduling — especially within hours of your appointment — may be treated as a late cancellation. ⸻ RESPECT + CARE We deeply value your time and energy and ask for the same in return.
